Chapman is an Oklahoma-based theatrical director, designer, and educator with extensive experience in live theatre across Bristow and surrounding communities. His directing credits include The Producers at Summit City Music Theatre, Beauty and the Beast, Mary Poppins, and Kannon Gets the Wiggles at the Freeland Center for the Performing Arts, as well as productions at Canterbury Theatre, Bristow Theatre, and Oklahoma State University.

He is also an accomplished scenic and lighting designer, with recent work including Elf: The Musical, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and A Christmas Carol, along with productions at Studio Theatre and Town and Gown Theatre. His lighting design credits span a range of performances, including Sweeney Todd and The Drowsy Chaperone.

Chapman is an active leader in the Oklahoma arts community, serving as Creative Officer and Board Director for the Freeland Arts Council and as a founding member of Divergence Theatre Company. An award-winning director and published playwright, he currently serves as the Fine Arts Director for Bristow Public Schools, where he is passionate about growing arts education and supporting young performers in Bristow, Oklahoma.
